Physical Measurement & Fitness Test ♦ 165 cm height for Male and 157 cm for females. ♦ 81 to 86 cm chest only for male candidates. ♦ 100-meter runs have to be completed by 16 seconds for male candidates, and female candidates have finished in 18 seconds. ♦ 800 meters runs have to be completed in 3 minutes 45 seconds by males and females have to finish by 4 minutes 45 seconds. ♦ Ability 3.5 meters long jumps in three chances for male candidates and 3 meters long jumps in three options by female candidates. ♦ Shot Put (7.26 Kgs) 4.5 Meters (3 Chances) only for males. |
