About Me
Hello!
My name is Md Mehraj Karim (official name: Hossain Md Ashik Ikbal). My family, friends, students, and local community have known me as Md Mehraj Karim for many years, and I use this name as the author and educator behind QSH India.
I started private tutoring in 2007 while I was studying in college. What began as a way to support my education gradually became my passion. Over the years, I have taught students from different academic backgrounds and learning abilities.
Working closely with students helped me understand one important reality—every student learns differently.
Some students need more time to understand basic concepts before moving to advanced topics. Others learn quickly and want additional practice and challenges beyond the classroom.
As a private tutor, I always wanted to give every student individual attention. However, like every teacher, I had practical limitations. My time was limited, students lived in different places, and it was impossible to provide unlimited personal guidance to everyone.
That experience inspired me to think beyond traditional classroom teaching.
Education & Teaching Experience
I completed my Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, in 2014. Along with my academic qualifications, I have qualified in several competitive examinations conducted for teacher recruitment and public service in West Bengal.
Teaching has been an important part of my life since 2007. During this journey, I have worked with students from different academic backgrounds and learning abilities through schools, educational institutions, and private tutoring.

Why I Created QSH India
I believed technology could remove many of the limitations that teachers face in offline education.
A student who needs additional support should be able to revise lessons at home as many times as necessary.
Another student who learns faster should be able to continue practicing without waiting for the rest of the class.
Learning should not stop when school or tuition ends.
This idea became the foundation of QSH India.
The platform allows students to learn at their own pace, practice repeatedly, receive instant feedback, and improve continuously from home.
