If you no longer wish to use QSH India, you may request the deletion of your account and associated personal information by following the instructions below.
How to Request Account Deletion
To request account deletion, please send an email from the email address associated with your QSH India account to:

Sending the request from your registered email address helps us verify account ownership and protect your information.
What Information Will Be Deleted?
After verification, we will make reasonable efforts to delete or anonymize the personal information associated with your account, including:
- Your account profile.
- Your name.
- Your email address.
- Your learning progress.
- Your quiz history.
- Your learning reports.
- Stored AI conversation history (if applicable).
Leaderboard Information
If your name appears on public leaderboards, we will make reasonable efforts to remove or anonymize your leaderboard entries where technically feasible.
Some historical or aggregated statistical information may remain if it no longer identifies you personally.
Information That May Be Retained
In certain situations, we may retain limited information where required by applicable laws, to resolve disputes, maintain security, prevent fraud, or comply with legal obligations.
Any retained information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Processing Time
We aim to process verified deletion requests within a reasonable period after receiving your request.
Additional time may be required if further identity verification is necessary.
Google Sign-In
Deleting your QSH India account does not delete your Google Account.
Your Google Account continues to be managed by Google under Google’s own policies.
If you no longer wish to allow QSH India to access your Google account information, you may also remove QSH India’s access from your Google Account settings.
